City of New Castle issued the following announcement on Jan. 4.

It’s that time of the year! Section 950.19 of the City of New Castle Refuse Collection ordinance requires property owners to apply annually for an exclusion pursuant to the provisions of this subsection on a form provided by the City and approved by the hauler (Aiken Refuse). The forms are available online at https://www.newcastlepa.org/live/garbage-waste/ or the City Building on the wall at the entry area of the main door.
