Rep. Aaron Bernstine (R-Butler/Lawrence) will host a Concealed Carry Seminar on Wednesday, Oct. 9, from 5:30-7:30 p.m., at the Penn Township Municipal Building in Butler County.

“As a strong supporter of the Second Amendment, I know the right to keep and bear arms is a fundamental freedom guaranteed by both the Pennsylvania and United States constitutions,” said Bernstine. “It’s important for responsible gun owners to be informed about our state’s laws so they can exercise their rights safely and legally.”

The seminar will feature Butler County District Attorney Richard Goldinger and Butler County Sheriff Michael Slupe. They will provide insights into Pennsylvania’s concealed carry laws, the Castle Doctrine, and other key aspects of firearms safety. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and clear up any misconceptions regarding gun regulations.

“With the number of concealed carry permits on the rise, seminars like this one are a great way to learn how to protect yourself and others while remaining compliant with the law,” said Bernstine. “These rights have helped our country remain free, and it’s crucial we remain informed to preserve them.”

The Penn Township Municipal Building is located at 157 E. Airport Road, Butler.

For more information about the event, residents of the 8th District can contact Bernstine’s district offices at 724-752-2120 or 724-847-529.
