On Friday, Feb. 14, former Neshannock High School standout Hunter Newman’s current college team, the Morgan State Bears, lost 2-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Elon Phoenix.

The game took place at Hunt Softball Park. This was their first matchup against the Phoenix this season.

The Bears’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 15 at 3:30 p.m. at Hunt Softball Park against Elon Phoenix.
