On Friday, March 7, former New Castle Junior Senior High School standout Rocco Bernadina’s current college team, the Kent State Golden Flashes, won 15-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Northern Illinois Huskies.
The game took place at Olga Mural Field at Schoonover Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Huskies this season.
The Golden Flashes’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 9 at 12 p.m. at Olga Mural Field at Schoonover Stadium against Northern Illinois Huskies.
