On Friday, Feb. 28, former Neshannock High School standout Hunter Newman’s current college team, the Morgan State Bears, lost 4-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Delaware Fightin’ Blue Hens.

The game took place at Delaware Softball Diamond. This was their first matchup against the Fightin’ Blue Hens this season.

The Bears’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 10 a.m. at Delaware Softball Diamond against Syracuse Orange.
