On Saturday, April 12, former Neshannock High School standout Hunter Newman’s current college team, the Morgan State Bears, lost 6-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Norfolk State Spartans.

The game took place at Lois T. Murray Field. This was their first matchup against the Spartans this season.

The Bears’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 13 at 12 p.m. at Lois T. Murray Field against Norfolk State Spartans.
