On Saturday, Feb. 15, former New Castle Junior Senior High School standout Rocco Bernadina’s current college team, the Kent State Golden Flashes, lost 5-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the South Alabama Jaguars.

The game took place at Eddie Stanky Field. This was their first matchup against the Jaguars this season.

The Golden Flashes’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 16 at 11 a.m. at Eddie Stanky Field against SIUE Cougars.
