DOWNTOWN BUSINESS SURVEY
The New Castle City Police Department will be visiting all downtown businesses beginning today to pass out a survey. We are asking owners and/or supervisors to fill out this survey which addresses concerns in the downtown area.
The purpose of this survey is to gather information from business owners/supervisors in the downtown area of New Castle. The information that is gathered will be analyzed to determine how to better serve the downtown business community.
We will also be requesting contact information for every business in order to be able to send out a mass communication to our downtown businesses in the event of any current or upcoming situations or events which could affect business or traffic in the downtown area.
Our overall goal is to improve services and communication with our downtown businesses so the businesses and visitors to the downtown are safe and informed.
