Cedar Crest College Athletics issued the following announcement on Mar. 14.
Cedar Crest College graduate student Nicole Santaniello (Kissimmee, Fla./Osceola) was named Colonial States Athletic Conference Player of the Week for the sport of softball, as announced by the league on Monday afternoon.
Santaniello went 8-for-15 with one double, six RBI, and four runs scored over the final five games at the Fastpitch Dreams Spring Classic in North Myrtle Beach, S.C.
Cedar Crest (4-4 overall) will return to action at home on Wednesday, March 23 against Eastern University at 3:00 p.m.
