On Sunday, March 9, former New Castle Junior Senior High School standout Rocco Bernadina’s current college team, the Kent State Golden Flashes, lost 14-8 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Northern Illinois Huskies.
The game took place at Olga Mural Field at Schoonover Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Huskies this season.
