NEW CASTLE POLICE DEPARTMENT: Halloween 2020!

New Castle Police Department issued the following announcement on Sept. 14.

HALLOWEEN 2020

Trick-or-Treating is scheduled for October 31 from 5pm-7pm.

The NCPD will put out general safety guidelines along with COVID related safety suggestions as we get closer to Halloween.
