Borough of New Wilmington recently issued the following announcement.

Procedures 

A draft monthly agenda will be issued one-week prior to the meeting to Authority members and other related parties for review and online discussion. At the same time, this agenda will be posted on the Boro website to provide opportunities for public input. 

The monthly meeting date (Monday, July 19, 2021) marks the beginning of a three-day period for Authority members to vote on individual items via email (Monday thru Wednesday, July 19-21, 2021). Individual votes will be recorded in the official minutes and non-responses will be recorded as absences, 

After or as Action Items have been issued for voting, updates will be distributed for informational purposes.

Authority Members: 

I received an update from Frank B. Taylor Engineering on the survey today. They have completed the survey field work on Maple Street and North Market Street. They are preparing the electronic base mapping with the survey data, and I was told that they should have it to me next week. 

Once we receive the base mapping, we will get started on the construction drawings for Brad’s review. I am still trying to have the drawings/project manual completed for bidding in the June/July timeframe. 

Other than that, there is nothing else I have to report. If anyone has questions, please let me know.
