City of New Castle issued the following announcement on Sept. 30.
Fall Leaf Pick Up | Oct 11 – Nov 18
Just use a brown leaf bag and put out during your normal trash pick up!
Oct 11 – Nov 18, 2021
Remember, only clean fill (leaves, etc).
Your leaves will be eventually used as compost for local farmers!
