New Castle Police Department issued the following announcement on Aug. 4.
MISSING PERSON LOCATED
Victoria Pappas-Pappakostas who was reported missing in June to the NCPD, Has been located by the PA State Police in Erie, Pennsylvania and is safe.
The NCPD would like to thank everyone who helped to look for her including the Walkers Search Group
