New Castle Police Department issued the following announcement on Aug. 14.
Today the NCPD was treated to ice cream by 10 year old Jac Prowell a George Washington student and his mother. Jac wish was to provide ice cream for the NCPD officers.
It was a pleasure spending time with this young man and we thank him and his mother for the great treat.
