Borough of New Beaver recently issued the following announcement.
Notice is hereby given that the New Beaver Borough Council will conduct a public hearing on August 9, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. at the New Beaver Borough Building, 778 Wampum-New Galilee Road, New Galilee, Pennsylvania, 16141, so as to receive public comment on the application of Three Rivers Aggregate, L.L.C. requesting a conditional use for surface mining for sand and gravel at real estate located at the south side of State Route 18, east of Glenkirk Road and west of Newport Road, bearing Parcel Identification Nos. 17-040700 and 17-040900, within the “C” Commercial Zoning District. The New Beaver Borough Council will consider approving the request at their regular meeting on August 9, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at the New Beaver Borough Building, 778 Wampum-New Galilee Road, New Galilee, Pennsylvania.
The Conditional Use Application may be examined by any citizen during normal business hours and days at New Beaver Borough Building, 778 Wampum-New Galilee Road, New Galilee, Pennsylvania.
