MEETING DATES
To All Residents and Taxpayers of the City of New Castle:
The Home Rule Charter Transition Committee for the City of New Castle has scheduled a series of meetings in 2021 for the purpose of drafting the Administrative Code of the City, rules and regulations, ordinances, and resolutions necessary for the effective implementation of the adopted Charter and the proper continuation of the governmental affairs of the City. Meetings will be held on the following dates at 1:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Building, 230 N. Jefferson Street, New Castle, PA.:
