Did you ever wonder how this lovely valley may have gotten its name? What did it look like in the 1800’s? Join a park guide to explore wildflowers along Hell Run as we hike to the waterfall and back. The geology of this area led to the iron industry and lime kiln, but now is a lovely walk in the woods. Although the trail is fairly easy, wear sturdy footwear and dress for the outdoors.
Meet – The Hell’s Hollow parking lot is on Shaffer Road, about four miles south of the Sheetz on 422 & 388.
