Rep. Aaron Bernstine has officially taken office at the state Capitol, representing Pennsylvania's 8th Legislative District. Upon his swearing-in, Bernstine expressed gratitude for the trust placed in him by his constituents and reiterated his commitment to several key issues.

"I am honored by the trust the people of the 8th District have placed in me and remain committed to protecting Second Amendment rights, fighting wasteful government spending, educating our children, and advancing policies that strengthen Pennsylvania’s economy and support small businesses," said Bernstine.

For the 2025-26 legislative session, Bernstine will serve on multiple committees: House Insurance, Intergovernmental Affairs and Operations, Labor and Industry, and Transportation. His background as a small business owner provides him with insight into the challenges faced by local businesses. Throughout his career, he has focused on strengthening Pennsylvania's economy through pro-growth policies and advocating for efficient government operations.

The 8th Legislative District encompasses parts of Butler and Lawrence counties. Constituents are encouraged to reach out to Bernstine's offices for assistance with state-related matters or to discuss legislative concerns.
