Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of New Castle, PA, will hold an Executive Session on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at 3:50 p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Building, 230 N. Jefferson Street, New Castle, PA, for the purpose of discussing personnel.
