Non-paying position(s) are available on the Civil Service Board for the City of New Castle. If you are interested in serving on this board, please send resume with appropriate qualifications to: New Castle City Council, City Building, 230 N. Jefferson Street, New Castle, PA 16101-2220, no later than February 15, 2022.
The City of New Castle does have a residency requirement.
